We used Marcus Dilley during our custom home build with True Homes. As we were building a complex custom luxury build, we needed a realtor that could help guide us in the design studio process to ensure we were not overspending and spending where it would make most sense in an event we had to sell. We chose Marcus based upon his experience as a builder, understanding of the luxury landscape and positive prior reviews. We have not used Marcus to sell any real estate at this time, but for this project Marcus was invaluable with sharing inputs and helping us stay on the correct track. I would say that Marcus takes the time to understand you and your needs and helps guide but does not push or enforce his thoughts or values upon you. He is communicative, thorough and relatable.
